My reputable client is an Insurance Broker company that has been operating for over 30 years and currently has a vacancy for a Receptionist / Admin Asst to join the team. There is potential for growth within the company for the right candidate.
  
You will be based on reception and responsible for providing support and assistance to the Insurance Brokers Sales Team within a Full time role working 8.30am - 5pm in the picturesque South Perth.
  
Key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Reception
  • General admin assistance
  • Meet and great clients & service providers
  • Scanning & updating registers
  • Mail collection & distribution daily
  • Intermediate Microsoft Suite skills - Outlook, Excel & Word
  • Back office tasks & housekeeping - Kitchen , making coffees, preparing meeting room etc

The successful candidate:

  • Experience in Reception
  • Have an outgoing & friendly personality
  • Have excellent communications skills both verbal & written
  • Have excellent multitasking skills
  • Be articulate & well presented with a professional attitude
