Our client, an Australian Consulting and Business Advisory Firm, is currently on the lookout for a professional candidate that is looking to step up in to a secretarial role and loves being the face of a company! 
   
Duties:

  • Management of Reception
  • Operation of Switchboard
  • Management and presentation of Meeting Rooms
  • Secretarial Services to two of the Firm's Divisional Directors including management of correspondence, document preparation and other similar secretarial tasks
  • Filing
  • Management of firm wide correspondence
  • Supplies management

 Requirements:

  • Must have at least 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent Corporate Image and Professional Presentation is a MUST!
  • Excellent Telephone Manner
  • Dedication to Client Services
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Happy to do the mundane as well as the general housekeeping in regards to the meeting rooms and the office!
