My client is one of the oldest and most reliable suppliers of medical products in Western Australia to both medical professionals and the general public. A family run business that has grown and matured for over 30 years are now seeking a suitably qualified Accounts & Administration Clerk to join their organisation and provide support to the Finance and Administration team.
Reporting to the Accountant your key responsibilities will involve:

  • Processing creditors invoices - high volume
  • Maintaining price lists for all inventory
  • Maintenance of purchase orders
  • Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
  • End of month cash up & mail collection
  • Relief Reception & Customer service as required

The successful person will have the following skills & attributes:

  • Possess strong clerical skills
  • Experience working in a high volume invoice processing environment
  • Sound understanding of accounts payable & receivable
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suites
  • Bright, dynamic & willing to pitch in wherever required
  • Well-developed organisation skills & attention to detail
  • Have excellent communications skills, both verbal & written
  • Have a friendly and confident telephone manner
  • Ability to pick up new accounting systems quickly - MFG Pro
