My client is a leading organisation specialising in Managed IT Services, providing support to a range of clients. Due to rapid growth within the company they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and professional Help Desk support Officer to join their professional team located in Claremont.

You will be responsible for supporting multiple clients IT environments with Level 1 Technical issues involving Networking, Server and Hardware issues. Majority will be residential support.
Key Duties Include:
- First point of contact for clients
- High volume of calls
- Call resolution and troubleshooting server issues
- Networking issues
- Hardware issues
- Technical support for desktops, printers and scanners
- Maintaining antivirus schedules
- Logging and escalation of issues
Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a help desk environment
- Have a strong interest in developing IT skills quickly
- Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
- Professionally presented with a good attitude
- Good troubleshooting & conflict resolution skills
- Experience within a Microsoft environment
- Network and Communication knowledge
- Knowledge of common desktop applications
- Remote desktop support
- Basic knowledge of servers and virtualisation
- Must be MCP qualified
