Senior Receptionist / Administrator - Part-Time

My client is a leading consulting engineering firm specialising in structural design of building and other structures. They have an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced and mature minded Receptionist / Administrator to join their team based in the heart of Fremantle. 

This is a part-time role offering 20 hours per week. You must be available to commit to the following work schedule:
Monday: 9am - 1pm & Tuesday to Friday: 12.30pm - 4.30pm

You will play a key role within the company and be responsible for managing the reception desk, being the first point of contact for all clients and completing administrative duties.

Key Duties:

  • Answering the telephone in a highly professional & courteous manner
  • Liaising with clients on a regular basis
  • Scheduling & coordinating of jobs
  • Mail, banking duties & invoicing - MYOB
  • Preparing documents & reports
  • Exceptional accurate data entry
  • Extensive email contact with excellent written skills
  • Assisting the PA with all office duties as directed
  • Ensuring the office is kept tidy & presentable at all times
  • Able to assist the Director with additional duties as needed

This will suit a switched on and mature professional, who shows initiative. Ideally you will have experience working in the building and construction industry or a similar role. This role requires the successful person to have high level English skills - both written and verbal as there are complex emails and documents that have to be read and understood. Also intermediate to advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite and MYOB desirable.
