My client is a well-established and leading organisation specialising in environmentally friendly cleaning products. Due to internal growth they are seeking an experienced, motivated and highly competent Customer Service / Sales Administrator to join their team based in Myaree. This will suit a mature minded and switched on individual with excellent communication skills.
Reporting to the Customer Care Team Leader you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in order to achieve company sales and performance objectives.
Key Duties:

  • Provide efficient, high quality service to both to internal and external customers
  • Servicing the sales team with any customer enquiries for online ordering
  • Up keep of the customer management system
  • Processing manual orders as required
  • Management of customer and new business leads received via web-site and phone
  • Assist and process customer product enquiries
  • Actioning outbound surveys, questionnaires and sales enquiries
  • Collate and submit sales reports

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a retail organisation
  • Be passionate in providing high quality customer service
  • Well groomed with a pleasant disposition who can relate well with people in a professional manner
  • Ability to work autonomously & in a team environment
  • Good organisational & time management skills
  • Advanced verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite
  • Have the willingness to learn and develop new skills
